Shop policies
Each shop sets its own returns policy, shown on the product and shop pages. Handmade and made-to-order items may be final sale.
Requesting a return
Start a return from your order in your account within the shop’s stated window. The seller will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs may be non-refundable depending on the shop’s policy.
Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact the seller first. MakerMade can help mediate if you can’t reach a resolution.
