Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using MakerMade you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the marketplace.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 to sell.

3. Buying

Each order is a contract between you and the seller(s). MakerMade facilitates the transaction and payment but is not the seller of record.

Prices shown include the full item price with no hidden buyer fees. Shipping and applicable tax are shown at checkout, calculated per shop.

4. Selling

Sellers set their own prices, policies, and fulfillment. MakerMade charges a flat 4% platform fee. See the Seller Agreement for details.

5. Prohibited use

No illegal, infringing, or prohibited items. No fraud, scraping, or abuse of the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, MakerMade is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
