The top is lined and features a full back that closes with Kam snaps (colors will vary depending on stock on hand), and cute little flutter sleeves. The top has a ruffled bottom and fits loosely. This set may fit a bit more like a dress with bloomers for sizes less than 3 months.

The bloomer bottoms are in matching fabric and feature an elastic waist and elastic closures on the legs. y.
